Initial Consultation

After receiving your inquiry, we’ll arrange an no-obligation initial consultation in person. This meeting will allow us to get acquainted and gather important project details.

Scope of Works

Following our discussion, we’ll prepare a design Scope of Works that captures your aspirations, outlining the project brief, design intentions, timeline and fees. During this time we can tailor an approach to meet your projects needs with one or more of the following interior design services. Once the contract is signed, we’ll officially begin the project.

Concept Design

This process usually begins with creating a mood board to establish the design direction through carefully chosen imagery. Next, we’ll collaborate on initial sketches to ensure your requirements and spatial expectations are met and aligned with your budget. We’ll refine the design concept and select materials, fixtures & fittings based on your feedback before finalising it.

Design Documentation

After that, we’ll prepare a complete documentation package that includes technical drawings (floor plans, elevations, sections, and details) along with a comprehensive FF&E schedule to ensure everything is ready for the builder. You’ll have the opportunity to review this package before the tender and construction phases begin.

Project Management

Throughout the construction phase, we’ll work closely with you and the builder to ensure the design aligns with the budget and project scope. We’ll provide guidance on site queries related to the design, review shop drawings, and ensure that materials and manufacturing comply with the design and relevant building regulations.
